Same day reservations for escape room games can be easily booked online; our availability is updated in real-time. After making the reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with all the information you need. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please contact us at escaperoom@neverland.hu
If you’d like to cancel your reservation, please reply to your original confirmation email and let us know. However, we encourage you to reschedule because there are no refunds applied for cancelled reservations. All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for cancellations and no shows. Reschedules will not be permitted within 24 hours of your scheduled game. You may only reschedule a game one time. Did you use a voucher? Then your voucher code will be automatically marked as redeemed after making a reservation. All you need to do is reply to your original confirmation email with a new date and time when you’d like to come, and we will reschedule your game!
Your game begins precisely at the time you reserved, so if you’re late, you will have less time. Keep in mind that pre-game procedures (waiver and rules) take some time: that’s why we kindly ask you to be 15 minutes early.
The most compelling and exciting adventure games occur with groups of 4 to 6 players. If your group is smaller you can still play the game, but your experience might be a bit more challenging. However, we cannot allow the game to start with over 7 people.
We are sorry, but our venue is not wheelchair accessible, as local heritage conservation policies do not allow to us to carry out the necessary modifications. We apologize for any inconveniences.

We love team building events! We have five game rooms that we can run simultaneously, so 30-35 players can escape at the same time.
